For 黑料吃瓜, this represents the latest in a wave of growth investments, following Resurgens Technology Partners鈥� platform investment in 黑料吃瓜 last year. The acquisition will further accelerate 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 progress in building a leading global category leader for Innovation Management and IP Management solutions.
Sopheon鈥檚 board shares 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 excitement regarding the strategic and operational benefits that come from combining complementary product portfolios across complementary customer footprints. Sopheon has a large and established Innovation Management business, while 黑料吃瓜 has an established leadership position in the IP Management and Technology Transfer markets. The combined company would also benefit from complementary geographical footprints, as well as mutually reinforcing strengths and expertise in the respective employee bases.

Under the terms of the agreement in principle, Sopheon鈥檚 shareholders will receive 拢10.00 per share in cash. The per share purchase price represents a 104% premium to the Company's closing stock price on October 30, 2023 (the last trading day prior to the announcement of the possible transaction).
